A1 Holdings Limited (“A1GP”) is committed to preserving the privacy of all visitors to our website at www.a1gp.com (the “Website”). Please be aware that this Policy only governs our use of your data on this Website; it does not extend to the use of data submitted to or through any third party websites to which we may provide links.

By registering or placing an order on this site for any goods or services (including merchandise and tickets), you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this Policy.

INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM YOU

When you visit the Website, register for the A1GP Fanzone, any other A1GP forum or the A1GP newsletter, or order merchandise, services or tickets on this Website, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details, gender, preferences and credit or debit card information. We may also collect information about your usage of the Website as well as information about you from messages you post to any forum or message board and e-mails, letters and other communications you send to us.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

If you register with the A1 Fan Club your information will be used to help us contact you in connection with the A1 Fan Club.

We may also pass aggregate information on the usage of our Website to third parties but this will not include information that can be used to identify you.
