G'day there all, I have been closely associated with the team in the past three years for the HOME  and preceeding round. and can easily say that by seeing their intencity to preparing the best car they can has always been evident to me. Now that there is not a Sydney round this season is no reason to bag out on what the team are doing with the choice of driver or their results. Hey give them a break, this year with the new chassis and motors etc AGAIN is back to the drawing board to see what is the best combination to use. Gotchie and the lads are having a good Aussie dig at it as always, a bit more support to whoever is in the seat won't hurt either. Show em how passionate Aussies are to ALL their national reps not just on a winning day....we aren't that shallow. C'MON AUSSIES

The team certainly has been in the wars the last few seasons.  I have been following them and watching the races and its really the lack of information about what they are doing that is the most annoying part of it. We need more information about where they are going right and where they are going wrong with set-up and strategy.

Its plain to see for all when they do badly but rather than a one or two sentance press release that blames the driver, the weather or alignmnt of the planets how about fessing up and letting your Australian fans know what is going on?  All the teams are sharing data anyway so there really is nowhere to hide. Myself and I am sure the rest of the Australian fans are tired of being treated like the dumb masses. To build support here they need to build empathy with the fans for the good and bad times and being more open with more information is a good way to start this.

first of all i want to say that the team has to keep john martin i believe he's probably there best driver since will power( and look where he is).

the other thing is the possible replacement of indy cars on the gold coast with A1GP would it be great for A1 and the Qld Govt or would it be another rehashed attempt to keep the v8's in surfer's paradise?

Speaking of the Gold Coast, I think John Martin put a few things into perspective there.

 Taking nothing away from the local drivers, he was over 1 sec /lap faster than anyone in the F3 field.

 Never driven that car before, not raced on the tyres before, not driven the track before.

 Pole by 1.56 sec

 Fastest Lap in every session

 Smashed the lap record

 Won 2/3 races

 Even if you are not a John Martin Fan, I don't see a better driver currently available for A1 right now, so lets get behind them  !!!!!!
