Re: When will the website be brought up to date

I have not bothered to check out SuperLeague but I think the A1GP website is that bad compared to the official F1 one. In particular I like the podcasts, and the overall feel I get from the A1GP one is that it is a lot more personal. The drivers personalities come through a lot more in A1GP, and I hope it stays that way when the series grows later. Some of the teams could do an awful lot better though.

You obviously have a lot of respect for Ferrari, and so do A1GP. Every time Tony Teixeira or a team head is interviewed during an A1GP broadcast they always say how wonderful it is to have Ferrari on board. What else should they do, all travel to Maranello to bow down at the shrine?

Re: When will the website be brought up to date

kiwi3 as i wrote sorry for my english...... but i did not mean that when they are interviewed they did not show respect to ferrari... ofcourse they do!!! BUT DON'T U THINK IS TIME TO REMOUVE ALL THE LOLA PIC AND SPEC ON THE WEB SITE? AFTER MONTH ALREADY WORKING WITH FERRARI ??? DON'T YOU THINK THAT EVEN SMALL THINGS SHOW THE WORLD HOW SEROIUS A1 WANT TO BE? PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND MY DESAPPOINTMENT .... I LOVE A1 GP I REALLY LOVE IT I REALLY HOPE TO BE THE REAL COMPETITOR TO F1 AND TO BE MORE IMPORTANT OF GP2, IT WOULD BE BEAUTIFULL TO SEE EACH NATION SUPPORTED REALLY FROM SOME CONTRUCTOR I DO NOT KNOW LIKE WOLKWAGEN FOR GERMANY, SEAT FOR SPAIN, HONDA FOR JAPAN, FIAT FOR ITALY ETC ETC, WITH SMALL BUDJET THEY CAN HAVE A BIGGER SHOW IN ALL THE WORLD !!!! BUT MAYBE I'M GOING TO FAR ....... MR. TONY TEIXEIRA I THINK IS A GREAT MAN REALLY DOING SOMETHING AGAINST ECCLESTONE U REALLY NEED BIG BALL....A CAT GOING EATING IN LION LANDS IS NOT SMALL THINGS. HOPE THINGS WILL IMPROVE FASTER BECOUSE THE A1 GP IS REALLY AMAZING AND WE ALL HAVE TO DO MORE AS POSSIBLE TO HELP WITH GOD OR BAD WORD WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO GIVE IDEAS TO MAKE PEOPLE OF A1 GP ALWAYS DEVELOP MORE AND MORE THIS BEAUTIFUL FORMULA!!!

BUT AT LAST I THINK THERE SUPPOUSE TO BE A CHANGE IN THE RULES, TO ATTRACT DRIVERS.....I THINK IT WILL BE BETTER TO HAVE 3 TRHOPY :

1- DRIVER ROOKY WORLD TITLE SAME DRIVER AVERY SPRINT RACE RACE

2- DRIVER WORLD TITLE SAME DRIVER FOR EVERY FUTUR RACE

3- NATION WORLD TITLE BY THE SUM OF THE POINT OF THE ROOKY AND THE SENIOR

I MAY BE WRONG BUT IT WILL BE NICE I THINK AND ATTRACT MORE IMPORTANT DRIVER, BECAUSE EACH DRIVER WANT TO BE WORLD WINNER AND NOT ONLY PART OF THE WIN IT MATTER IN THEYR CARREER I THINK....

Re: When will the website be brought up to date

I agree it's rather lazy to still have details of the Lola in there. The Team New Zealand website has Ferrrari details.

Not sure that Tony Teixeira is going up against Bernie Ecclestone. According to Teixeira it was Ecclestone that put him in contact with Ferrari in the first place, although part of the idea was that Teixeira would be buying Toro Rosso and a prize for the A1GP winner would be a Toro Rosso drive (this part fell over when customer cars were out of favour last year). A1GP constantly say that they are a different concept to F1 and are not trying to be a competitor. On the other hand however it does seem that Bernie is much of an A1GP fan, and more than a few people believe that GP2 Asia was invented in order to give A1GP a headache (which fortunately it hasn't).
