Ya, I think A1 car's colors should not always same to national flag colors.

I hope A1 Team INA can represent Indonesia more next year. I mean we can introduce the beautiful Indonesia through A1GP. Indonesia unite in Merah-Putih Flag, the red-white A1 INA car. But I have an idea to color INA car with cultural colors like batik. Do you know Batik??? Get the info soon! From Aceh to Papua, all Indonesia province have own character of batik. Batik is really beautiful and colorful. Batik is the original Indonesia culture. So, if INA car is colored by batik, all international public will know this kind of culture. Ya, INA Car is Batik Car. Why not???? We can have both red-white car and batik car.

BATIK color is great but it's going to be harder to see (and paint) 
simple RED and WHITE is just perfect, great color combination and attractive also.

dont you think its weird how some countries stick to their national flag colours for their identities, wheras others use more historical or other4 wise themes for their colours?

I read someone mentioning british racing green for example - a colour and image thats full of history etc and recognised by lots of people, yet team gbr use the colours of the flag.  Team netherlands flag is red white and blue, and yet they are internationally recognised as orange.

its not just here either - new zealand are internationally recognised as black in lots of sports, and yet that is nothing to do with their flag (visually), whereas with the americans (no offence here guys, but its so blatently true), you cannot move for the amount of stars and stripes being displayed from every possible angle.  

Why is it that countries images etc differ from different sources?  which country does yours come under? looks like there could be a lot of interesting colour schemes next year...... 

 

 

 

Good point...Team India split it both ways over the 3 seasons. Season 1 was q.strongly flag-orientated, Season 2 slightly so and Season 3 they went to blue - which has become the sporting colour synonymous with Cricket and I think also Hockey. The Cricket blue may have come via sponsorship with Sahara Im not sure but either way I liked this season's and Season 1's so I don't mind which way they go in future...though the Season 2 effort was a bit bland.

I like the Team Brazil effort though the problem particularly in Season 2 was the Brazilians seemed to modify their colourscheme practically every round! I actually preferred the Pakistan colourscheme of old to last season's...I spose I prefer the Netherlands' older one as well but tbh I had no qualms about the one they used this season I thought it was alright.

My favorit is always Orange car. That's because I'm from the Netherlands.

I like te NZL car also, it's beautiful with the all black livery. Simple and beautiful.

Too many "Red and White" cars.. 

Still I think France and Brazil have great liveries.. going beyond flags, but still recognizable..

France even reminds me of Mikka Hakkinens McClaren..

Well, I agree Brazil has a few nice little details in car.. but the most beautiful?? Well, that I must think it over more.. yes, too many red-white cars. NZ may be?? Dunno.

Brazil's silver is unique...so makes it super distinctive! Brazil is so far the only team I can think of that has awesome looking liveries since S1!

Bt i have a problem here....The most unchanged livery is...well since S1 is Team Malaysia and New Zealand....

Last season,Nethrlands livery were quite cool!!! But i have no idea why do they change their livery back to the monocoloured orange....

Mmmmm......any idea???
