A little early I know but the new A1.PredictGP Game is now ready apart from the list of A1Teams for Season4.
For the new season I have made some changes to the game......
No more predicting with points which you can lose -- this produced a result last season which proved to leave many players way off the lead and no point playing any more.
No more selecting the finishing order.
For Season4 you just have to pick the winners of Pole in both races [if there still are 2 races?] then the winners of both races plus the winners of fastest lap in both races.
I have split the teams into leagues -- the first 4 teams in Season3 Championship are in League1 then the next 6 teams are in League2 with the rest of the teams in League3 -- you just have to pick the team in each league that you predict will win their league in the Feature race.
I have added a Wild Card which you can choose to play or not each round -- if you play it and get 4 or more predictions correct then your winnings are doubled -- however if you play the card and don't get 4 predictions correct then you lose all points for correct predictions for that round.
Fixed points awarded for each correct prediction are 50 points [100 Wild Card 4+] but if you get all 9 correct in a round there is a Bonus 300 points which together gives a total maximum of 1200 points available per round.
I hope that this will bring closer competition all through the season.

As we know there are some rather long gaps in the new season race schedule again so I have added another game to fill the time.
Barclay's Premier League [Football] Game.
Players just have to pick the result of each match during the season -- Home Win, Away Win or Draw -- each correct prediction produces 1 point for the player and the highest total at the end of the season will be the winner.
I chose the Premier League as it is watched world-wide.
Football Game kicks off Saturday 16th August 2008 and the A1GP Game starts weekend of 19th to 21st September 2008.
