    Re: Can thety win?

Think there may also be finacial issues. Would think after winning last round last season they would find some backers, especially with an ex F1 driver. Teams missing from grid at moment are those supported finacially by A1GP. Hard to see them all coming back considering the current finacial situation and A1's debt problems. Imagine India will get back as there is an effort to get into the Indian market.. I think the current economic conditions will force all teams currently supported by A1GP to become finacially independent or sink in the near future, thats assuming that A1 are able to continue. Several test have recently been canned due to finacial problems so things are tough..Long term if they survive (A1GP) this could be a good thing as it will make the series more efficient and get it finacially viable .??

Which tests have been canned? I have not been aware of several tests being scheduled in the first place, only one I have heard is one due today (23rd).

2 days at Snett were planned initially for cars that did not make it or test prior to Zandvoort last week.

Well yesterday's test went ahead and there will be another one on Monday.

No sign of India at yesterday's test though.
