Hi, I am Javed from Lahore Pakistan. I just want to say that Adam khan was a much much better driver than Nur Ali which is obvious from the results. The main thing I have noticed about the Nur ali is that he is a defensive type of driver whereas Adam khan was more aggressive driver and had a bigger heart in his chest. Its a game of aggression and bravery.

Nur ali always thinks that the other drivers are better than him or are more experienced than him and that is where Adam was taking edge on him as he always used to try win the race and that effor was very much obvious form his of driving.

I dont have anything against Nur Ali but it hearts me very badly, and surely to all other Pakistan loving people, whe I see the name of Pakistan at the bottom of the list at the end of each race.

So please change the driver..................

Hi well i think that as well even though im a new zealander Pakistan at the bottom of most races always starting at the back of the grid an't good not only for his reputation but also for pakistan Formula mazda an't really A1 material for any international driver to be doing maybe Nur can pull in some good results next season but he would have to move to a Race car with more power and more international drivers such as Infinity pro series.But there is a up rising pakistani in asia.Omer younas has been racing in formula bmw asia series if he had more sponsors he could do more races and maybe become a new rookie driver for A1 team pakistan.

 A couple of points about Nur:

He is a very nice guy, and from a personality perspective is a good ambassador for Pakistan. However he isn't really a serious racing driver, although I am sure he would like to be. He started late and just doesn't seem to have the ability. However, he is working his nuts off to try and develop racing in Pakistan, and went back there a few times during the season. He is looking after the national racing administrative body, and is setting up a racing academy. Who else would do all of that?

 With Adam Khan they would score more points, however it wouldn't do racing in Pakistan any good, and the next generation needs to be found from somewhere.

wow if Adam did lie that should give more people in pakistan to believe that Nur ali is the best pakistan driver in the world since im only 14 don't know much about motorsport heritage in pakistan but at least Nur is doing his greatest best to try to make pakistan more noticed in the world of motorsport.

Nur Ali is by far the best race car driver that Pakistan has produced. I have not met him personally, but he is a mate's mate and from what I've heard and seen, he is doing his utmost best to promote motorsports in Pakistan and project Pakistan on the international front as a country capable of anything, easy or difficult. I speak for the whole nation when I say that we want Nur Ali to be the driver of choice for A1GP Team Pakistan, however I believe that other race drivers of Pakistani origin should be given the opportunity to work with the team to further develop their skills and the team's versatility. We are behind you all the way Nur, so step up and show the world what you're capable of.

It is really good to see that you people are interested in a1gp and do care about team pakistan.So i saw you people talking about me(omer younas) thus i thought that lets provide you with some updates.

You people talk about nur ali and that he doing lots of work in pakistan to develop racing in pakistan but that is just fake and he has done nothing its just fake and to set the record straight i have out paced both nur ali and adam khan at SEPANG in a formula bmw car and they were at least taking more then one second compared to my timing for one complete lap!

Right now i am doing IFC and team pakistan have contacted me and lets see what geos on.

 

 

Glad you are writing Omer. We absolutely all hope that Team Pakistan will flourish and grow in A1 GP. I do hope that Nur Ali will progress with his skill, but by all means if you are a quicker driver, I would love to see you on the track in 2007-08!

Not sure rara, driver linups usually aren't figured out until a few races in, but they have someone comfirmed for at least the first few races...

First of all thx for your interest and well i will be launching a web site very soon where you could follow my progress and all other details.

Dean Martin and Kiwi3 and everyone else in this blog. Quick question which i think you will agree with me but you forgot to ask. What are you all forgetting to ask Omer Younas the most important question? Omer what is your track record or racing history? What have you competed in and where are the results? what have you done before? I am surpriseed no one is asking these quesstions? People can talk, but where is the proof of what you have driven before or you are like everyone else in Pakistan NOT HAVING ANY EXPERIENCE IN RACING maybe perhaps only go karting if that, but you think you are ready for the big time.?

Please tell me one question that how will be the driver for A1 team Pakistan. Driver should be Adam Khan or Omer Younas. Driver should be brave and can drive a car fast without any hisitation. Best of Luck A1 Team Pakistan.
